Management Team & Associate Hotel Consultants



The staff of The Triune Hospitality Group, a division of The Triune Organization consists of two major parts: In-house Staff Members and Associate Hotel Consultants.  All are highly trained and experienced professionals.

Our Associate Hotel Consultants are among our most valuable assets insuring that our properties are staffed by the very best.  These individuals stand out as exceptional experts with proven skills in the hotel, food and beverage and multi-family industries.  All of our Associate Hotel Consultants have been in the professional management business for a minimum of 15 years.  Because of loyalty in both directions, we are able to depend upon these experts to strengthen our management team.  Such an arrangement enables our firm to compete with large national hotel chains and independent management companies.  We can be relied upon to staff and maintain our client’s properties with strong, knowledgeable experts and proven experience.  We believe that existing employees of a hotel or multi-family residential property are material assets from whom to draw helpful information.  Their familiarity with the property, and its community, offer us a wealth of beneficial information.  We engage their knowledge along with our market research and analysis to formulate and achieve our objectives. 

Maintaining a good relationship with the guests as well as the employees serving guests is of utmost importance in order to maintain operational continuity while advancing the programs and policies to enrich the property and achieve objectives.  While the foregoing enables our firm to compete for the management of sizable and sophisticated properties, it is important to state that we are small enough to extend hands-on attention to each property as well.
